I want to welcome you to the new study I’ll be leading this year beginning the week of October 29. No matter where you live in the world, you can join in. All you need is the book Passionate Prayer - A Quiet Time Experience. We will take 8 weeks to journey through this study in the psalms, learning from the psalmists as our prayer partners, teaching us how to pray. The psalmists are champions of prayer and will teach us how to adore God better, worship Him more, and draw near, believing Him for big things. I’ll be writing weekly on this blog and you can connect with others who are also doing the study. In addition, if you are joining from another area of the country or world, all my messages for Passionate Prayer - A Quiet Time Experience are available for download and viewing online at the Quiet Time Ministries Online Store. I join you from Portland, TX (across the bay from Corpus Christi). I am on week five of the 30DJ of Passionate Prayer. Following with 8 weeks of devotions seems like the right next step for me. As I just posted on the Quiet Time Cafe, I am just now re-realizing what ‘passion’ is all about in my journey of life! I am finding vibrancy in my walk with the LORD once again. I praise the LORD for His never-failing love and always-present hand to hold. I praise Him, Catherine, for giving You the gifts to write and teach and to love each of us as we learn and grow.
Hi Linda!! So glad you are joining this Passionate Prayer Quiet Time Experience. I’m almost finished with the first week and have already learned so much. I shared some of what the Lord is teaching me over at the Quiet Time Cafe. Can’t wait to connect with you and hear what God is teaching you.
